The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite the existence of the orders passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments/third respondent herein vide Proceedings D.Dis.No.A4/31506/2013, dated 30.11.l2013 wherein the Deputy Commissioner approved the lease in favour of the petitioner and others for a period of three years, the fourth respondent and his subordinates came to the premises and asked the petitioner to vacate the premises. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein is in possession of the subject property. 3.

As per the above mentioned proceedings, the lease period in favour of the petitioner herein came to an end as long back as in the year 2016. In view of expiry of the lease period, nothing survives in the writ petition. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any subsequent actions on the part of the respondents herein, it is open for him to question the same in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no .order as to costs.
