THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos.632 and 688 of 2013 COMMON ORDER:

The present Criminal Revision Cases are filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., questioning the order dated 11.02.2013 passed by the Family Court-cum-Additional Chief Judge, Secunderabad.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent No.2 in Criminal Revision Case No.632 of 2013 submit that the matrimonial disputes between the petitioner-husband and respondent No.2-wife have been settled before the Metropolitan Legal Services Authority Lok-Adalat convened by Metropolitan Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad on 12.06.2019, whereby an Award was passed in terms of Memorandum of Compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 in F.C.O.P.No.656 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad. Pursuant to the same, respondent No.2 had accepted to receive a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- towards permanent alimony and decree of divorce has been granted. The petitioner and respondent No.2 are present before this Court and confirmed that they had settled the matter, as such, the Criminal Revision Cases may be closed.

In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the Criminal Revision Cases are closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these revisions shall stand closed.
