The petitioners/A-1 & A-2 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. 2.

I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in Crime No.149 of 2017 of Pedemul Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 306 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.149 of 2017 of Pedemul Police Station, Vikarabad District, are hereby quashed, A-1 & A-2 are acquitted and the bail bonds of A-1 & A-2, if any, stands cancelled. If at all any appeal to file within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the learned Sessions Judge can entertain without reference to limitation. Registry to return the original documents, if sought by substitute.
