This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a direction to the respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners in the revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.40 cents in Survey No.1267/1, situated at Kottur, Unguturu Mandal, Krishna District. 2.

This Court noticed that the petitioners did not apply in the prescribed proforma for mutation of their names and merely submitted a representation.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make proper application in accordance with the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, and as and when such an application is filed, respondent No.4 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
