THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3634 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a direction to the XII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.596 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, on the ground that the suit was filed in the year 2009 and the Court below is not proceeding with the trial and adjourning the matter on one pretext or the other on petitions filed by the respondents. 2.

This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2015 and two years time has been elapsed and the suit is at the stage of trial. Taking into consideration the stage of the proceedings, I deem it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.596 of 2009 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed directing XII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.596 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving any undue preference to the matter.
