THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.2165 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the fourth respondent for Contempt of Court for violation of the orders of this Court dated 30.09.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.42018 of 2016 in W.P.No.34064 of 2016.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of disposal of W.P.No.34064 of 2016, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case and hence, the same may be closed. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
