HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.3614 of 2019 ORDER:

Sri Mirza Shah Nawaz Baig, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition in the light of the shabbily drafted prayer. He however prays that leave may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with a proper prayer. Leave granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated subject to the condition that the learned counsel files a memo along with the fresh case filed, if any, to the effect that he has himself borne the expenses therefor. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
