This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not regularizing the petitioners services as per G.O.Ms.No.212 Finance & Planning Department, dated 22.04.1994 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to declare that the petitioners are entitled for regularization of services from the date of completion of five years of service or else at least regularize their services from 10.04.2006.

It is the case of the petitioners that the 1st and 2nd petitioners are appointed as Pump Mechanics on 01.09.1990, 3rd petitioner was appointed as Jeep Driver on 23.12.1989 and the 4th petitioner was appointed as LV Driver on 01.02.1991 on NMR basis. They submitted joint representation on 22.05.2017 for regularization of their services before the 1st respondent. As no orders are passed on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Since the joint representation of the petitioners dated 22.05.2017 is stated to be pending before the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and take action accordingly, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
