HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.437 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is that F.C.O.P. No.54 of 2015 filed by him before the Family Judge-cum-Additional District Judge, Nalgonda is not being disposed of expeditiously and is being dragged on by respondent.

In view of the said grievance, the said Court is directed to decide the said O.P. as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after hearing both parties.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
