THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TRANSFER C.M.P. NO.64 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Transfer C.M.P. is filed to withdraw OP No.1181 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court, Eluru, West Godavari District.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to transfer the OP to the Family Court, Eluru.

In view of no objection reported by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Tr.C.M.P. is allowed withdrawing OP No.1181 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and transferring the same to the Judge, Family Court, Eluru, West Godavari District, for disposal in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
