This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not processing the application No.53464 and registration No.158131 of the petitioner and not issuing hall ticket to the petitioner for writing entrance test for admission to PGMET course for the academic year 2013-2014.

It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University that, in view of the subsequent developments, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The same is not disputed by the

learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
