When the matter was called on 13.07.2016, there was no representation for petitioner, as such, this Court directed the writ petition to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, when the mater is called, nobody appears. This indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
