This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 6 in demolishing the illegal constructions made by respondent Nos.7 to 10 in House No.21-2-95/1, Charkaman, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr. Ravinder Sarma, learned counsel representing Mr. L.Srinivas Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
