This Criminal Petition is frled under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-Accused No. 1 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C. No.378 of 2015 pending on the ll1e of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, t t registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, and 406 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "lPC") and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act (for short D.P. Act).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-Accused No. 1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

The calendar case is of the year 2O15 and crime was registered in the year 2072 and there is no progress in the matter. Without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose

- I of the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of six

(06) months.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of' Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
