Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy of appeal.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy of appeal available to them under law within a period of thirty (30) days from today. In view of the same, the respondents shall not take steps for evicting the petitioners for a period of forty five (45) days. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
