THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.683 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case arises out of an order in W.P.No.3435 of 2010 dated 10.04.2014.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. However, the learned Standing Counsel, Sri P.Keshava Rao appearing for respondents, submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 10.04.2014, the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2014 has been considered and an order was passed on 30.05.2014.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present Contempt Case and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
