This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/ A.1, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.17 of 2019 of Thurkapalli Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, read with 34 of IPC. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/ A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondents-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ A.1 has not filed similar bail application before the Court of Session. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to deal with this application by this Court. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application on merits by this Court. The petitioner/ A.1 is granted liberty to file a similar bail application before the Court of Session, if he chooses to do so.
