The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 7th respondent in not granting building permission to the petitioner over an extent of Acs.3.35 guntas of land in Survey No.1345 situated at Aswaraopet Village and Mandal, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Gram Panchayat and perused the material placed on record.

Learned standing counsel for the Gram Panchayat submits that, as per the new procedure introduced, the petitioner is required to file an application for building permission through online system, and as of now, no such application has been filed by the petitioner and if the petitioner makes such an application through online process, the same would be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Panchayat Raj Act and the Rules made thereunder.

Having regard to the submission made, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an application through online process seeking building permission, and on such application being filed, the respondent authorities will consider and dispose of the same, as per the procedure laid down by law.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
