HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.3110 of 2018 ORAL ORDER: (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, requested this Court that respondents may be directed to pass an order on the review petition filed by the petitioner on 23.11.2017.

Petitioner is the widow of Sri N.N.Satyanarayana - decease employee and during pendency of O.A.No.9363 of 2013 filed by her husband before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, her husband died on 02.02.2015 and on coming to know about pendency of O.A., she field M.A.No.1815 of 2015 before the learned Tribunal, to come on record. The said M.A., was allowed and she was permitted to come on record. For the purpose of contesting the O.A., she tried to collect the documents to the effect that her husband could not attend his duties as he met with an accident twice and his injured thigh, wherein a rod has been inserted, got infected.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct the 1st respondent to take a decision on the review petition filed by the petitioner, i.e., widow of the deceased employee, on 23.11.2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, without being influenced by any of the observations made by the learned Tribunal in O.A.No.9363 of 2013. 4.
