HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.10452 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No. 9414 of 2017 ORDER:

A perusal of the FIR shows besides A1 there are 5 other accused, whereas Crl.P.M.P. No.10452 of 2017 is filed by the accused No.1 in Crime No.187 of 2017 of Old Guntur Police Station, Guntur registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC r/w 34 IPC. The petitioner/ accused No.1 and respondent-de facto complainant are present before the Court and stated that they drown the differences between them and the defacto complainant shall withdraw the crime against petitioner/ accused No.1 at pre-cognizance stage and pending investigation.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accuse No.1 is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled. Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P. No.10452 of 2017 and the Criminal Petition are allowed.
