This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in laying road through the petitioner's land in survey No. 998 admeasuring Ac. 0.12 guntas situated in Inavolu Revenue Village, Vardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District, without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that no road as apprehended by the petitioner is being laid through his land.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. However, if the respondents try to lay road through the land of the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to seek his remedies available in law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
