When the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 submitted that he intends to withdraw the case.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to file appropriate application in the event of police files final report since withdrawn the case. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
