Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District during the pendency of inquiry and trial;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI R SRIDHAR Advocate for the Petitioner and ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1499 OF 2O2L ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/ Accused No.2 seeking to grant bail to her in Crime No.1367 of 2O2O of Miyapur Polic,: Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 370 I.P.C and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as a receptionist in the Company of accused No. 1 and beyond that the petitioner is not aware of any business whatsoever is being conducted by accused No.1; that the petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2O2O; that the petitioner is a young lady aged about 22 years and has come to Hyderabad to eke-out her livelihood, but she has been falsely implicated in the present case; that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents; that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition and ultimately, prayed this Court to grant bail to the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.

Thus, looking into nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
\4/ithout adverting to the merits of the case , the pe titione r/accused No.2 can be granted bail.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.2 is directed to be released on bail, subject to the following terms and conditions:
(i) The petitioner/Accused No. 2 shall be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for Rs.25,00O/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only), with two sureties to the like amount each, out of which, one surety must be from the native place of the petitioner, to the satisfaction of the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad.
(ii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall personally appear before the Investigating Officer on every 3.d Saturday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Thereafter, she shall per"o.,.liy appear before the Court concerned on each date of hearing.
(iii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall not influence the prosecution witnesses.
(iv) The petitioner/Accused No.2 sha1l not indulge in similar type of offences in future. If petitioner is found to be involved in similar type of offences during pendency of this case or if she violates any of the conditions imposed in this order, the bail granted to her sha1l automatically stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ,TRUE COPY'
