The only grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner was issued notice dated 29.01.2020 calling for objections and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner also filed objections vide letter dated 14.02.2020. But, without considering the same, the 4th respondent is taking steps for mutating the subject land in favour of 5th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the objections of the petitioner dated 14.02.2020 in accordance with law before passing orders in pursuance to the notice dated 29.01.2020.
