THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.3087 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 1 to 3 in regularizing the Plot of the petitioner's land to an extent of 121 sq. yards, situated in Survey No.170/6/2 in the Shivars of Kompalli village, Bhupalpalli - Jayashankar District.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is covered by an order in W.P.Nos.26336 and 27918 of 2017 dated 10.10.2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 4 to finalize the process of application of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with the scheme formulated in G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 30.12.2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If according to the assessment of respondents, petitioner is not entitled for such regularization, he may be informed by a reasoned order and it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
