This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the learned Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, in disposing of I.A.No.140 of 2014 in F.C.O.P.No.440 of 2013. 2.
A perusal of the record reveals that the respondent herein filed F.C.O.P.No.440 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, under Sections 13(1)(ia) and 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The petitioner herein filed I.A.No.140 of 2014 in F.C.O.P.No.440 of 2013 under Order VII Rule 11(d) read with Section 11 of C.P.C. For one reason or other, I.A.No.140 of 2014 is pending since 2014.

The only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, to dispose of I.A.No.140 of 2014 in F.C.O.P.No.440 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion touching the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.140 of 2014 in F.C.O.P.No.440 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
