B/O ns 17.08.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused in Crl.P.No.937 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022 that he should appear before the police once in 15 days i.e. on Sunday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm till completion of trial.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appearing accordingly which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the RespondentState. In view of the petitioner's appearance in assisting the investigation, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities as and when required.

Accordingly, IA is ordered.
