HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.3618 of 2019 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner came up with the above writ petition challenging a garnishee notice. Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the Income Tax Department withdrew all the garnishee notices so far issued to all the banks. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, it is closed. If and when a garnishee notice is issued, it is always open to the petitioner to come back.
