THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26866 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the second respondent, in not effecting the mutation in favour of the petitioner herein for house bearing D.No.1-4-302 (part) admeasuring 472 sq.yards and also house bearing D.No.1-4-302 (part) admeasuring 265.58 sq.yards both situated in Korutla municipality, Korutla mandal, Nagtial District, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Telangana) for the first respondent and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 22.06.2017 and, despite lapse of considerable time, no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests that necessary directions be issued to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some time frame. The said request is not opposed.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 22.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
