CVNR, J & TR, J AS.No.986 of 2012 Dt: 07.03.2017 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal arises out of Judgment and Decree, dated 09.08.2012, in OS.No.101 of 2008 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Ongole District.

Mr.P.V.S.S.S.Rama Rao, learned Counsel for the appellants, addressed letter, dated 03-03-2017, to the Registry wherein it is stated that his clients have requested him to withdraw the case.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.S.Malleswar Rao, learned Counsel representing Mr.PVSS.Rama Rao, learned Counsel for the appellants, reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the above, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal, interim order, dated 04-12-2012, is vacated and ASMP.No.2961 of 2012 is disposed of as infructuous.
