THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1276 of 2017 ORDER:

It is represented that after filing of the Contempt Case, the respondents passed an order on 20.12.2017 stating that the pay of the petitioner as Driver was protected and he is not entitled for any further benefits.

In view of the same, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to take necessary steps, but Contempt Case proceedings cannot be continued.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
