SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1091 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.2, in Crime No.8 of 2017 on the file of the Mothugudem Police Station, East Godavari District. 2.

The offences alleged are under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii) (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 4.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier, three bail petitions were filed seeking for grant of bail and the same were dismissed by considering the merits of the case. 5.

A perusal of the said orders shows that the merits of the case were elaborately considered while dismissing the petitions. Hence, this petition is not entertainable.
