O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they inherited the ancestral property to an extent of Acs.5.19 gts. of agricultural land in Sy.No.221 of Kandaneally village, Peddamul mandal, Vikarabad District and their names were also mutated in the revenue records and out of the said total extent, an extent of 10,074 sq. yards is in occupation of the Government, and no compensation has been paid, and the issue in this regard, is pending in the High Court in W.P.No.28969 of 2019. Their further case is that by virtue of the orders of this court in W.P.No.9408 of 2018, the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, submitted report vide Lr.No.B/ 1199/ 2018 dated 13.07.2018 to the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, stating that the land in Sy.No.221 is the patta land of the petitioners, and the same is also reflected in the revenue records.

In the said report it is also stated that out of the land of the petitioners in an extent of 21,659 sq. yards in Sy.No.221, an extent of 10,074 sq. yards is in occupation of the Government departments. The case of the petitioner is that after the exclusion of the said extent, which is in the occupation of the Government, for the remaining extent, they are entitled for new pattadar pass books and the on-line entries in this regard, also have to be updated. For the said purpose, they made representation to the respondents on 10.12.2019 by paying the requisite fee, but the same has not been considered till date. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is stated to be pending before the respondents by way of their representation dated 10.12.2019, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 / competent authority, to dispose of the said

representation in accordance with law after taking the above factors into consideration, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
