HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3678 of 2020 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner, submitted a detailed representation dated 25.02.2020 to the respondents 2 to 4 and the learned counsel seeks direction to the respondents to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders. Having heard both the learned counsel and taking the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already been submitted a detailed representation, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation/ letter dated 25.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken. With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
