This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 12.04.2012 in Rc.A/134/2012 on the file of the Court of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter outside the Court. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this criminal revision. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
