When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondents submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.16036 of 2077, dated 18.08.2O23.

In view of the principles laid down in the above said order, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
