Sayeed Bin Mubarak v. The State Of Telengana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36706 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleaders for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the inaction of the official respondents in not canceling the cancellation deed dated 27.12.2003 vide Doc.No.15867/2003 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the official respondents to consider the representation dated 27.10.2015 made by the petitioners seeking cancellation of the cancellation deed dated 27.12.2003.
Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation dated 27.10.2015. Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection for the same. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the representation dated 27.10.2015 made by the petitioners seeking cancellation of cancellation deed dated 27.03.2003 vide Doc.No.15867/2003 in respect of the land admeasuring 25 guntas in Survey No.122/E situated at Yerrakuna, Kothapet Village, Saroor Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. No costs.
Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
