This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the property belonging to the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue on instructions, submits that the respondents are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land and that the subject land is a patta land. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition can be disposed of by recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
