Learned counsel for petitioner addressed a letter dated 12.06.2016 to the Registry stating that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition and requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
