THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3038 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.1 herein, The Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur District, Guntur, on 11.12.2017, but no action has been taken on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.1 herein to verify and take appropriate action on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Education (A.P.) that the said representation will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.1, The Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur District, Guntur, to verify the representation, dated 11.12.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
