O R D E R

Sri S.V. Muni Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states, on

instructions, that his client, after institution of this case, filed a private complaint before the competent criminal Court.

In that view of the matter, his grievance in the present case as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities in investigating Crime No.95 of 2011 on the file of Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur District, no longer survives for consideration. It is open to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedies in accordance with law pursuant to his private complaint. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
