THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.3126 OF 2018 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 01.11.2016 to the 1st respondent - State Government but no action has been taken on the said representation till date. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent - State Government to verify the said representation and take appropriate action as per law. 2.

On the other hand it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 1st respondent - State Government, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken as per law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent-State Government to verify the representation dated 01.11.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
