HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1470 of 2020 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, to direct the III AJCJcum-XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2502 of 2017 in DVC No.4 of 2017 at the earliest.

Since the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Metropolitan Magistrate to dispose of the above Crl.M.P.No.2502 of 2017, the learned III AJCJ-cum-XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District is hereby directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.2502 of 2017 in DVC No.4 of 2017 on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from today.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
