This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare Proc/ASO/III/51/2011, dated 13-04-2011, of respondent No.1, as illegal and quash the same. The petitioner sought for a

consequential direction to the respondents to permit her to run Fair Price Shop No.365 at Vaidehinagar, Vanasthalipuram, Ranga Reddy District.

At the hearing, Mr.W.B.Srinivas, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the order of suspension was issued for a period of 90 days and that with the expiry of the said period, the Writ Petitition has become infructuous. The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
