HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1025 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.125 of 2014 of Munipally Police Station, Medak District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 427, 468 and 506 I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the investigating authority referred the matter as false and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.
