Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare that the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are only undertaking repair works for the existing road but not removing the Cashew Nut crop and Eucalyptus crop of the petitioners herein and, if the properties of the petitioners are required, the respondents will follow the due process of law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
