The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.4524 of 2018 on the file of the Court of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the Calendar Case in question was settled before Lok Adalat and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
