This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing the case No.A2/57/2019 pending before him.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

The only grievance of the writ petitioners is that the appeal filed by them in A2/57/2019 is pending before the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
