THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.3103 OF 2018 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to the State Government on 19.06.2017, on which the Government called for a report from the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad vide Memo.No.4656/SE.Genl/A2/2017. It is further submitted that no further action has been taken by the Government so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action pursuant to the Memo No.4656/SE.Genl./A2/2017 dated 22.06.2017.

On the other hand it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is still pending consideration, before the State Government, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly as per law. 3.

Recording the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent-State Government to take further action and pass appropriate orders pursuant to the Memo No. No.4656/SE.Genl./A2/2017 dated 22.06.2017, strictly in accordance

with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
