In view of the subsequent developments, including the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.7170 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015 and 20268 of 2017 dated 06.11.2017, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer, but, however, seeks liberty to work out remedies before the competent Court.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
